I am a Growth and Performance Marketing executive with a track record of building revenue engines at scale. I have owned $20M+ P&L budgets, led teams of 12 across paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and creative, and driven over $225M in combined revenue growth across the automotive and fitness industries. This is not a resume. It is a record of what gets built when growth marketing strategy meets real operational discipline.
What I Do
I build growth systems that tie media, data, and creative to real revenue. That means full-funnel paid programs across Google, Meta, DV360, CTV, and Amazon. It means CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and multi-touch attribution models that actually connect spend to sales. And it means organic channel development: SEO, content, and lifecycle programs that compound over time.
My edge is that I have done this at scale, across franchise systems, global e-commerce, and regulated consumer brands. I know what it takes to lead a team, own a P&L, and deliver results that show up on the bottom line.
Current Role: Director of Performance and Digital Marketing at barre3
I currently own the entire performance marketing engine at barre3, a global fitness franchise brand. I manage 6 employees responsible for paid advertising, the company website, mobile app, SEO and content, and email marketing.
Flow Automotive: $115M Revenue Growth Across 53 Dealerships
Before barre3, I spent three years at Flow Automotive as Director of Digital Marketing and Video, scaling growth marketing across one of the largest automotive franchise portfolios in the Southeast. I owned a $20M+ P&L and led a team that grew from 3 to 12 employees under my leadership, with a retention rate above 90%.
Relaunched FlowAuto.com, improving Core Web Vitals and page speed to deliver a 38% increase in page views and 14% increase in organic form starts
Implemented Orbee CDP with Google Cloud clean-room workflows for identity resolution and predictive modeling
Reduced CPL by 18%, grew qualified leads by 22%, and improved impressions 80% year over year over a six-month window
Generated $200K in annual cost savings through vendor scorecard creation and AI-assisted SEO tooling
Achieved priority partner status with Google and Meta, unlocking beta products and lower CPMs during high-volume periods
Hanesbrands: $110M Amazon Revenue Growth in Four Years
At Hanesbrands, I led Amazon digital and performance marketing for the Innerwear division. I grew the basics business from $60M to $120M in two years, then directed the full Innerwear strategy from $240M to $290M across the US, Mexico, and Canada. I orchestrated the launch of Total Support Pouch, which became the fastest-growing new style and the number two underwear on Amazon. I also built the Hanes Amazon Brand Store, which reached a top-2 organic Google ranking for the Hanes keyword.
Altria Group: Brand Management for a $20B Consumer Brand
I started my career at Altria Group, where I managed annual brand cycles for the Marlboro brand: a $20B+ portfolio with a 42% market share. I oversaw marketing execution under strict FDA and Master Settlement Agreement compliance, and led the Marlboro Rewards loyalty ecosystem using data-driven CRM to drive retention and lifetime value.
